Return Window

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

• Be in their original condition
• Include original packaging when possible
• Include all supplied accessories and components

Non-Returnable Items

• Special-order items
• Products damaged by improper handling
• Items returned beyond the approved return period

Return Authorization

Before returning any product, customers must obtain a Return Authorization from our support team.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or a verified manufacturing defect, customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs.
